This is the exact art description I was emailed below back in 2004.
MAV_PT_023: Avengers Assemble!: [Mark get the best of the best of the best for this image] Group image of the Avengers Assembling. Cap is in the center of the image shield arm raised (shield on his forearm) and his other hand pointing forward – his mouth is open saying the classic war cry and is posed mid-stride as if running to the front of the image. Hank Pym as Giant Man is lumbering forward in the background, Wasp is shrunk down and flying near the front of the image. We also see Iron Man, Thor, Scarlet Witch and Vision coming at the viewer on both sides of Cap.
